From what I can see, the bracts attached to the base of a flower head appear to have narrow pointed tips. The tips of the bracts in Podolepis hiearacoides have broad pointed tips. The leaves in both species are similar in a photo.
Yes the bracts do look to have a pointed tip which suggests P. Jaceoides, but I thought this species tends to have unbranched flower stems while those in the photo are clearly branched.
