Xerochrysum viscosum is the common species here. It has sticky leaves usually 1-5 mm wide, rarely to 10 mm. Bracteatum is very occasionally recorded. It has rough leaves 5-20 mm wide. When I blow up the leaves I am still not certain one way or the other. Please comment.

I have added another picture of the leaves, but I think they are the narrower kind and i seem to recollect some stickyness, so I agree with your id as viscosum.
