Tiny moth, I was attracted to the bright white as it flew. Just added a second photo to give indication of its size on a fig leaf.

Not a moth. The suggestion is that it is a White Fly (Hemiptera) in the Aleyrodidae family

Identification from Roger Farrow's book, "Insects of SE Australia", p 155. Similar to: Leafhopper & planthopper (Hemiptera, several families) Anzora unicolor (Grey Planthopper) on 28 Dec 2017

I've added the species to the taxonomy. Because of its previous ID history the sighting wasn't showing up in Unidentified Leafhoppers & planthoppers page. So I've re-done to suggestion to move it into that page.
