I apologise for the poor photo quality. I was attracted to this moth as it flew in the garden due to its rich colour, but when it landed it hung suspended upside down on a moving stem, and proved a challenge to get an pics at all.

On review, the shape of the costa supported by the scarcely visible transverse lines on the forewing show that it is E. pyrosalis.
