Leaves opposite, 4-5cm long, triangular cross section with stem-side face concave. Petals same colour top and bottom. I would say Carpobrotus species which come from South Africa, Australia and South America.
Plantnet states that Carpobrotus aequilateralis ‘petals’ shade to paler towards the base. Vicflora states that they often do this, but do not have to, and the photos in Vicflora show unshaded ‘petals’. Could you add a better photo of a bit of stem with some leaves?
