Hints of black indentations on the blue tail possibly suggest Eastern Billabongfly.

Four key things to look for to distinguish from Common Bluetail: 1. narrow blue bands around abdominal segments, 2. black notches in tail bands, 3. bar across back of head instead of post ocular spots, 4. slightly greenish thoracic stripe contrasts with other blue markings. It is also usually slightly smaller than a Common Bluetail.
