There is no record of this species within our Region on the Atlas of Living Australia database. Whyte in his book of Spiders of Australia describes this as a rare but widespread species occurring from Tasmania to NSW

Based on the patterning on the abdomen and the dark green rest of body,I think this is Rosy Flower Spider (Australomisidia rosea), for which there is no ALA record in the Canberra Region.
