I also lean towards Desmodium brachypodum, but as mike says the pod should have an uneven edge. However if it was Glycine it should have space hairs on the pod - which aren't evident. We'll wait until pod develops a little, unless you can provide leaf measurements - the Desmodium leaves are about twice as large as those of the Glycine
