Possibly a species of Agaricus, but to be sure you'd need to have a photo of the gills (which would be brown once the spores have matured and pinkish before that) and also see if there was a skirt or ring of tissue on the stem (e.g. as in this sighting: http://canberra.naturemapr.org/Community/Sightings/Details/3343515).

sorry didn't want to disturb it, got as low as possible to it. We know now, but probably won't pull them up just for a photo.
