following a comment from @GlennCocking on http://canberra.naturemapr.org/Community/Sightings/Details/3384072, this is the 'second photo' mentioned that has now been uploaded as a separate sighting.
"The first specimen is P. ellenella, but the second photo is different. I believe it is P. chrysopotama, see comment on 3381864. Both species have been recorded in the ACT in spring, so could be flying together."
