User's notes
These insects seemed to be newly emerging from the ground then drying off before flying away. Most only took a few moments but one kept at it for about 10 minutes and was still going. During this time twice a second insect came up to the same plant tip and the first time they had a bit of an altercation. There were probably more than indicated as when I checked an hour or two later insects were still emerging, with just one or two the next day.
