Michael, as you may have gathered from some of the recent comments concerning Thelymitra, they are not easy species to sort out from photos. This is not T. juncifolia, as it lacks the finger-like glands on the dorsal surface of the column. My best guess is T. simulata, and will suggest as such and see if others agree.
There is a level of uncertainty in identifying Thelymitra species from general photographs - this identification should therefore be treated with some caution
