In his book 'Reptiles & Frogs of the ACT,' Ross Bennett says this fish is one of the suspected causes of declining frog numbers in Australia. Please comment.

Yes a major threatening process. It is perhaps why in our region ponds that periodically dry out, resulting in the death of Gambusia tend to have a higher frog diversity and abundance.
