Mike this looks like Phormium tenax - New Zealand Flax - which I haven't seen weedy before - what do you reckon?

It isn't Phormium tenax but more likely related to cordyline. It seems to have a bit of a trunk. There were about eight plants but I don't know if they are spreading or were just dumped as garden waste. Phormium tenax is an environmental weed in Tas and Vic so is perhaps would be a sleeper weed here.
