There are four species of Swainsona in the local area. Good closeups showing the hairs on a stem clearly, and of a whole leaf attached to a stem, are needed to UD to species level.

The blurry leaves in the background do look like sericea, but can't tell from the photo. The hairs on the leaves should have two uneven ends arising from the one point of attachment.
