Thanks for the photos that include a side-on shot of the flower. It is not the suggested Wahlenbergia planiflora as the petal lobes are only 1-2 times as long as the petal tube. In planiflora the petals are at least 4 X the length of the tube. The fourth photo is an aberration of a flower caused by infection by a virus or an insect like a wasp laying eggs and then young developing in a flower bud (it should be ignored when IDing a plant).

You really need a photo of the way the leaves are arranged on the stem and the shape of the leaves, to be certain it is not Wahlenbergia stricta.
