A complete guess. The flower has something wrong with it and has not opened properly. I am assuming the out of focus three lobed leaves belong to it. It could as easily be Hypericum gramineum. I am inclined to mark it Inconclusive Evidence.

Taking the photo of the plant was an afterthought after photographing the insect so I did not get photos of the leaves etc.

Now that I can count the stamens in the other photo (probably 5), it is neither of my suggestions. Oxalis has 10 stamens, Hypericum gramineum 20+.

I have added a crop of the flowerhead, I'd say perhaps up to 9 stamens
