The photo doesn't show it well, but I couldn't see any purple on the lip of the flower. Maybe it was just too rolled up to be visible - I didn't want to touch it so I couldn't check. However one of the other flower heads is dead and there's a purplish tinge on the edge of the petals of the white flower. That's why I think it's Lemon Caps.

It could also be C. moschata, but without seeing the labellum can't be sure.
