I have added back cropped section on leaves- appears to have hairs

The leaves are definitely bristly. Flower calyces cupping the flower are out of focus so I cannot tell whether they are hairless except for a fringe of hairs around the edge, or hairy over the whole surface of the calyces without a fringe of hairs. Someone with a permit should perhaps take specimens if they are still flowering?
