I need a closeup of the leaves to decide whether it is Dillwynia phylicoides (stiff hairs) or Dillwynia retorta (hairless).

I have cropped the leaves from the original image and added it back. Does that help?

I had second thoughts about confirming this as Dillwynia retorta in the light of the strong possibility that the other two sightings on the same day and at the same place are more likely Dillwynia phylicoides. I can see no signs of bristly hairs on the leaves and the outside of the calyces as seen in the buds appears to be hairless. This all inclines me to leave it as Dillwynia retorta. The other concern is that Plantnet states that Dillwynia retorta occurs a lot farther east, north from the Budawang Range.

I just had a look at the ala, Multiple records of D.phylicoides, but also a single record of D.retorta in the burrinjuck area.

That record is at the Canberra herbarium. Could someone with access have a look at it? It dates from before D. phylicoides was split from D. retorta.
