Obviously this mushroom has shrivelled a bit because of dry conditions after it appeared. However, in the main photo remnants of a cortina (a cobwebby covering of the gills present before the cap has opened out) seem to be present on the stem. Furthermore, there may be rusty spore deposits in places on the stem and so Cortinarius is a very plausible guess.
