Small shrub occuring in close proximity to a large group of Indigofera adesmiifolia - will need to revisit site to establish abundance.

I agree that it is probably Correa. The leaves appear not to be hairy enough for Correa reflexa. It could be a garden escape of another species. Wait till it flowers.
