Previously reported as Craspedia but someone might recognise the fly though the spider will be difficult.

Hi Mike. I have downloaded the original photo, cropped it and added it back to aid in identification, and to make the subject more obvious.

Thanks Michael. I didn't think anyone would even want to make a guess about the spider. Is it stalking the fly or just there at the time?

The spider is a crab spider, family Thomisidae, in a typical habitat and stance. Hard to narrow the ID down further.
