These peas are just coming into flower. I suspect the cattle may have chewed the bush

I suggested Dillwynia retorta rather than Dillwynia phylicoides because the leaves do not appear to have any stiff hairs at all. Could you get a photo showing the detail of the hairs on the stems, please, or add some field notes. The hairs on the stems of Dillwynia phylicoides are stiff, so the stmes feel rough, while the hairs on the stems of Dillwynia retorta are soft, so the stems do not feel rough.
