Shane it probably is Lonicera fragrantissima - but there is not enough in the photo to completely rule out Lonicera Japonica - was the plant a shrub or climber and are the young stems hairy or hairless?

It looks like L. fragrantissima which is winter flowering, though flowers are usually in pairs. L. japonica flowers are longer and thin.
