Could be. To ID it properly I need closeups of the fronts and backs of the leaves, to see the colour and hairiness, where the veins are, and if there are tufts of hairs on the leaf margins or not. Also of the flowers close enough to see whether they have petals or not. There are several species of Pomaderris this could be.
