Does it have an obvious stem or is it sitting on the ground ? To be absolutely certain of the ID you need flowers, but by that time it might have suckered, which would make it harder to eradicate.
No obvious stem and has ready suckered. As a ParkCarer I would like to get rid of it. Maybe someone from the Cactus and Succulent Society would like to have it and the Cotyledon next to it.
