Ahhh great to know, thanks guys. It was a kind of striking plant - it really caught my attention.
Waltraud do we have many of them on Mt Majura do you know? Is it common?
Aaron there are not many although they occur in grassy woodlands from north to the south on Mt Ainslie. Unfortunately the green soft leaves that appear in spring are grazed. We planted at The Fair and at the Majura paddock however those are protected with guards which I don't dare to take away because of the grazing. we hope at one stage to remove the guards as more set flower and seeds and hopefully produce babies.
