Hi Lyndsey it probably is but I am unsure if this Swainsona sericea or S. behriana. Looking at Flora NSW there are some features of both in the ones I have examined but the longer terminal leaf that is a feature of S.sericea was not present in the plants I looked at and the height and leaves were more towards S. behriana. I will take a sample to ANBG for identification.
