Is this a wild asparagus!?

Aaron this is the garden variety Asparagus officinalis which produces a red berry that is eaten by birds like blackbirds and silvereye which then spread the Asparagus into the bush - you should have done Mt Ainslie a good turn by picking this stem for your dinner. What do you think we should do about weed species? add them as we go?
