Have I got the right species? What subspecies? Flora of the ACT does not help me.

I do not think the photo is good enough to go beyond Epilobium sp. without at least notes on the type of hairs on the stems and whether the stems just under the flowers were sticky or not. The key to this species in Flora of the ACT is pretty hopeless.
