Are you sure these coordinates are correct? This looks like the middle of an intersection on the bitumen.

I cannot tell from the photos whether the side veins of the leaves loop back from the edge or end at the edge with tufts of hairs. If they loop back, I agree to P. subcapitata. If they end with tufts, it would be P. betulina, but from the photos I would not suggest a subspecies.
