To out of focus and with no photos of stems or leaves it is impossible to say what it is.

Betty, the photo is not good as I was experimenting with the App and it was breezy. It was definitely Yam daisy and I mentioned the leaves when I submitted the photo. Cheers Geoff. Margaret N and Janet R can attest to this.

Microseris walteri, which occurs at lower altitudes, is now on the ACT Plants Census. The name Microseris lanceolata is now only used for subalpine and alpine plants. They differ in seeds and roots.
