I would presume it's C. montanus. However Tony hinted that they might be the same species. I saw a leaf in the photos. Apparently C. saprophyticus doesn't have a leaf. Is the browning leaf part of the plant in question?
Correction: they both have leaves, but C. saprophyticus doesn't have the large basal leave that montanus has. Apparently saprophyticus hasn't been seen on Black Mountain since 1995.
Thanks Matt - it looks the same as montanus, which I recorded within 5m of this record, but didn't appear to have a large basal leaf which I did see on the nearby montanus
