Leucochrysum albicans var albicans has yellow inner bracts and brown outer bracts where as those of var tricolor have white inner bracts and purple or reddish outer ones. Based on that both varieties are present on Percival Hill, though the apparently albicans in this photo appears to have some inner bracts pale yellow and some reddish outer bracts
