I think you have an Asperula sp. I find them difficult to tell apart, one needs good photos of the right characters. Galium either has leaves in whorls of 4 or if more leaves then the hair leaf are like prickles, the stems are also 4 angled. Asperula has leaves in whorls of 5-6 with fine hairs along margins of leaf. So this is indeed Asperula conferta
