I cannot tell from this photo even if it has true (feathery) leaves or phyllodes (that look like ordinary leaves with no leaflets)

Greg, would you have a close up of phyllodes and flowers? you can confirm the species directly; I'm sure you id-ed the species correctly.

? the coordinates are Mt Majura, however the background doesn't look right and the note says "Uriarra forest".

The locality (Background) doesn't look right for Mt Majura - somehow the coordinated must have been mixed up / wrong. Please check!
