Not Dacryopinax spathularia. That species grows on wood and there is a short stem above which the fungus broadens to give the spatula look. I'd say that this photo shows one of the yellow cup fungi that appear on soil. I'm not sure, but the fungus in the photo may be growing on a burnt area - and there are several species of yellow cup fungi that colonize burnt sites. Can't tell you the genus for sure.
