Hi Alison, I think these could actually be Anonychomyrma rather than Iridomyrmex, but I can't be sure (they used to both be in the same genus, which is why they are pretty similar overall).
Maybe you could take a look at some of the other CNM photos of Anonychomyrma and see what you think? Cheers, Jon
