Probably quite the stretch given how little-known this species is, but Theotima minutissima?
The image on p. 423 of Whyte & Anderson struck me as similar to this (dark eyes, long+slender legs, colour, proportion), then the size description added on to it: adults less than 1mm.
Could easily be something else though...
