It's great to see one actually reproducing in nature - all of the pods in the area I check out occasionally (connecting area between Mts Ainslie & Majura, mostly NE of Bragg St. park) got eaten, and there weren't very many to begin with.

Leaves have a very fine pointed tip (absent from the leaves of Polycarpon tetraphyllum)

It will either be Datura stramonium (Flowers 6–10 cm long; fruit with more than 100 slender spines of various lengths, evenly distributed) or Datura ferox (Flowers 4.5–6 cm long; fruit with 40–60 stout spines, spines towards base usually shorter).
