User's notes
Due to conditions being overcast, no insects were seen on flowers for first 13 minutes of survey. Then sun came out. First saw the single yellow hover insect on single flower 2639.jpg attached, another one was seen later, was on a flower but photo taken off flower - 2653.jpg. 10 x bees seen on St John's Wort - one good photo selected of many taken 2655.jpg. Last single insect seen also on St John's Wort and photographed 2665 & 2668.jpg. was a tiny bee a lot smaller that the bee in 2656.jpg. 3 x butterflies also seen around the site but not on the flowers themselves.
