User's notes

Fullness of pond difficult to determine. The top of the dam wall is not necessarily the point at which the dam empties. Apparently, the upper part of the dam was not sealed, so water can leave the dam at some level lower than the 'top'. This point is not known. For now, the height is as high as it has ever been, so it is 'nearly full'.
