User's notes

Unsure if this is an almost completely faded Splendid Ochre (do they ever fade this much?) or another species of skipper? It appeared to be about the same size as the Splendid Ochre I observed around the same time.

Hi @MatthewFrawley, definitely not a worn Splendid Ochre. It rather looks like a Narrow-winged Awl (Badamia exclamationis)! What do you think?

Thanks Suzi, I was unaware of that species of butterfly but now looking at other images online, it definitely looks like one.

Hi @MatthewFrawley I've tried to approve your awl suggestion but it won't let me do it.

Looks approved now, thanks @SuziBond
