Visited the site. Has all the key features for E.neglecta: young stems square in cross section, buds ovoid, crowded and sessile with distinctive reddish brown inner operculum contrasting with glaucous hypanthium, juvenile leaves sessile, opposite and elliptical, dense veination, intramarginal vein well removed from edge, numerous oil glands both at vein ends and Island.
