I agree its likely Lithosiini tribe. See photo of similar moth on page 224 of Moths in te ACT. I think it looks very much like Ctenosia infuscata as shown on LBH, see http://lepidoptera.butterflyhouse.com.au/arct/infuscata.html . However there appear to be very few photos from life online which have been identified as this species with which to compare your sighting with. There are other similar Thermeola (genus) species as noted on p. 224 (above) including Thermeola tasmanica.
