looks like it was treated but not entirely - there is (1-3) ST nearby mapped as treated by Riley in August 2022. Did you hack it out?

Barb when you come across groups of ST, I suggest to map "Untreated" and hope Parks Service will attend. If there are single tussocks however, and they are small or half treated like this one, the best would be to treat manually or spray. When I work on woody weeds and I come along a single ST, I would cut and spray with my woody weed mix (requires just a tiny little bit) if I can't pull or hack out.
