User's notes

I always thought this grass was R. auriculatum, but I have checked against some images and apparently the auricle is much more apparent and further down. I have no idea what this is.

The single row of hairs on the seeds is distinctive, though If you do end up chatting to Graeme it'd be worth checking with him.

I wasn't convinced the lemma was bare enough for leave. Also I thought the seeds had two rows of hairs: one below the sinus and one at the bottom tip?

Ahhh dear, I just had a look at my comments from Graeme & yup what you are mentioning is exactly the case. I'll undo the confirmation & perhaps we can have him look at this?

I just put this through the VICFlora and got to R. erianthum. Unfortunately I don't know if I would trust my abilities at using the key especially without measurements or better photos. I also ran this through the key and ended up with R. caespitosum (which I am reasonably happy with). Rytidosperma caespitosum
