We cannot find an ID for this spider. It was at the ANBG on the bark of a eucalypt and hardly stopped moving. It would be nice to have a name for this guy.

Whyte & Anderson (2017) page 235: "Arasia spp. are large, slender, somewhat flattish jumping spiders and extremely fast runners. The legs are long, the first pair being slightly larger than the others, with obvious spines. This species is common on tree trunks, under and on bark, especially on pale-trunked gum trees in NT, QLD, NSW and the ACT. They can be quite variable in appearance. The male is larger than the female."

Thank you Yumi, we spent quite a time trying to ID this spider and just couldn't find any thing that fitted, much appreciated.
