This is a high risk weed species, difficult to control. I will need to discuss a strategy with Park staff
User's notes
vegetative fragment, stranded on wet sand
draped over ball to show off leaf arrangement (whorls of 3).
Patch in shallow backwater (<20 cm deep) with milfoil and curly pondweed: not clear in photograph but photo included to give location of patch.
Specimen collected for pressing: photo of specimen in clean water
